Shipping and Returns
Delivery time will depend on product availability and shipping time. The following shipping options are available and refer to shipping time of all "in stock" items. All orders will be shipped after processing of the order (usually within 1-2 business days) STANDARD SHIPPING: 4-10 business days.
City Perfume strives to satisfy the customer, without you we wouldn't be in business. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. There will be no refunds on all opened or used items, and a restocking fee of $20.00 (AUD) per product on all unopened merchandise.
If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Sent only via Fast Way Couriers (NOT Australia Post or FedEx) and DO NOT require a signature. Include a Delivery Confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered.
