HOW TO USE:
1. START WITH ?STEP 1? Place the wand at the base of upper lashes, and wiggle it back and forth to coat the base of the lashes. Then, pull the wand uplward towards the tip of the lashes. Pull through and move slowly to avoid any clumps. 2. CONTINUE SHORTLY AFTER WITH ?STEP 2? Apply as many coats as you wish, till you achieve your desired volume. 3. For more intensity, as a final touch, gently apply ®ÿstep 1ÿ¯ brush to your lower lashes.
