Byerley, named after one of the earliest of three stallions that were the founders of the modern Thoroughbred horse racing bloodstock. According to legend, the dark brown stallion was born during a thunderstorm; he did not fear the sounds of cannons or gunfire and thus made a fearsome war horse.
Developing a perfume that was memorable and had heart was no easy task but there was no better inspiration than the distinguishing character of the mighty Byerley horse, having played a remarkable role in Europe's history.
Byerley boasts of top notes of Bergamot and Cardamom and moves on to become more sensual with a combination of woody notes. All in all, the heavenly mixture of notes brings out a rich, elegant and long-lasting signature.
